Years ago when I was first introduced to the Cub Scouting program I had the priviledge of being trained by a husband/wife team. They were the most energetic pair of adults that I'd ever seen. They obviously knew what they were doing based upon the number of people who attended their monthly roundtables. Their efforts made the 90 minutes a month that I spent in these roundtables enjoyable and I actually looked forward to coming back next month!
I must admit that the reason I've remained with the scouting program for as long as I have and have been honored by my own peers is due in part to the efforts of two people who made a difference.
